We guarantee uninterrupted service with no price increases during your membership. You can change your magazine selections at any time. So, you will receive your favorite, high quality magazines for up to 12 months of service while maintaining the unique flexibility to switch and change your magazine selections without increasing your price. For your convenience, your payment(s) of $19.73 will appear on your credit card statement approximately every 30 days.
For customers that prefer to pay in advance, in approximately 7 days you will receive an email offer to purchase 3 months for our low one-time price of eighty-six dollars and sixty-one cents ($86.61). We will continue to send you offer to purchase upon expiration of your user terms via text or email (data rates may apply) simply reply Y to continue or N to postpone. If at any time you would like to change your billing back to monthly, please contact customer service at (866) 211-4655. You may cancel your purchase anytime by contacting our customer support center by email, or toll-free telephone (866) 211-4655.
All publishers have the right to cease publication, disallow distribution, or change terms at any time. In the event this happens we will supply you with a list of magazines of equal or greater value to make alternative selections. To change your selection or rescind your membership, simply log on to Flip Through or call our helpful customer service department toll free at (866) 211-4655. The delivery of your first issue depends on the publication frequency of the magazine you ordered. Generally, publishers ask that you allow 4-6 weeks for weekly magazines, and 6-8 weeks for monthly magazines, and up to 12 weeks for less-frequently published magazines. However, you can expect faster delivery of many of our top-selling magazines. If you have not received your first issue within the estimated time period, please contact our Customer Care.
The following provisions apply to all Restaurant-Specific Gift Certificates, Merchant Certificates, Restaurant.com eGift Cards and Gift Cards, and Dinner of the Month Memberships, including codes or numbers associated therewith ("Promotional Certificates"). Additional Terms and Conditions apply to each as stated herein.
- Promotional Certificates have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash at any time.
- Promotional Certificates are for personal (non-commercial) use only.
- Promotional Certificates may not be applied to previously placed orders and cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
- Unauthorized reproduction, resale, modification, or trade of Promotional Certificates is prohibited and may result in their cancellation.
- Restaurant.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or undeliverable Promotional Certificates, including those that may be lost in transmission.
- Promotional Certificates cannot be returned for a refund of the purchase price.
- Promotional Certificates cannot be used to purchase an eGift Card or a Gift Card.
- RESTAURANT.COM MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO PROMOTIONAL CERTIFICATES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
- Any attempted redemption or use that violates these Terms & Conditions may render the Certificate void.
- Promotional Certificates have no expiration date.
The redemption of a Restaurant-Specific Gift Certificate requires additional consideration paid to the restaurant. Restaurant-Specific Gift Certificates have no value without additional consideration. Restaurant-Specific Gift Certificates are redeemable in their entirety only and may not be redeemed incrementally. Neither Restaurant.com nor the restaurant is responsible for lost or stolen Restaurant-Specific Gift Certificates or Certificate Numbers. The restaurant is solely responsible for complying with all state and local laws pertaining to the distribution and sale of alcoholic beverages. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, modification, or trade of this Restaurant-Specific Gift Certificate is prohibited. Any attempted redemption that violates these Terms & Conditions may render this Certificate void.
The restaurant is the holder and issuer of this Restaurant Gift Certificate. As the holder and issuer of this Restaurant Gift Certificate, the restaurant is responsible for the final disbursement of this discount. Whether you choose to use this Restaurant Gift Certificate after acquiring the right to access it to get a reduction in the price of your meal at the participating restaurant is at your sole discretion.
This Restaurant Gift Certificate does not expire.
Restaurant Gift Certificate Processing Fee: There may be a processing fee of up to $4.95 to redeem the Restaurant Gift Certificate. (Prices and fees may vary based on promotional offers and periods.)
